EduChef
The University of Padua EduChef Project began in 2017 as a nutritional education program aimed to students living outside their original town, enrolled in the first year of a bachelor’s degree and a master degree. The project offers online cooking lessons and suggestions on to manage a healthy and sustainable diet with proper nutrition and responsible food consumption.
Cooking lessons are held in the evening, Monday through Friday, in Padua and can accommodate 16 participants. Students can sign up for one of the four cooking course editions at the start of the academic year.
