Transparent administration

The "Transparent Administration" section of the University of Padova, like that of any public administration, is organized according to the provisions established in the annex to Legislative Decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013 and subsequent amendments. "Reorganization of the regulations concerning the right of civic access and the obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information by public administrations".

On June 23, 2016, Legislative Decree No. 97 of 25 May 2016 (also known as FOIA) came into force. 33/2013. Art. Article 42 provides that public administrations must comply with the changes introduced within six months from the date of entry into force of the decree itself.

In the pages dedicated to transparent administration it is possible to access documents, information and statistical data that describe people, structures, activities, projects and achievements of the complex scientific, educational and cultural organization represented by the University of Padova

The information contained in this section of the portal is supervised by the Legal Affairs Office - Privacy, Transparency and Anti-Corruption Sector.
