The network of festivals and showcases in Veneto: culture, territory and development of the audiovisual sector

As part of the initiatives of the Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Venezia, the meeting entitled The network of festivals and showcases in Veneto: culture, local area and development of the audiovisual supply chain, on 5 September at Lido di Venezia.

 

The initiative is part of the collaborations launched by the DAMS and SSPM degree programmes of the University of Padua with CNA Veneto/settore audiovisivi and counts, for Unipd students on the same courses, towards the total hours (24 in total), equal to 3 cfu in the aggregated format for 3 hours.

The meeting, at 14:00 at the  Spazio Regione del Veneto/Veneto Film Commission at Hotel Excelsior on the Lido di Venezia, promotes discussion among organisers, institutions and operators in the audiovisual supply chain in order to reflect on the role of festivals in enhancing local areas, in the growth of professional skills and in building a regional network capable of generating new cultural, economic and tourist opportunities.
