“Wellbeing in Nature: a summer of experiences” is getting under way in Padua, a calendar of free activities for the public created as part of the European project Resonate, dedicated to promoting wellbeing practices in nature.

The project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme and co-funded by UK Research and Innovation, studies the role of nature-based therapies as tools to foster individual and collective psychophysical wellbeing.

Over the past two years, in Padua, the Resilience Hub has brought together public bodies, associations, universities and the public in a co-creation process designed to raise awareness of, test and embed these practices locally. The aim is to explore the potential of nature-based solutions within local welfare pathways.

The operational core of the pilot initiative, the Resilience Hub is a social innovation laboratory coordinated by the spin-off Etifor, with the scientific supervision of the Department of Land, Environment, Agriculture and Forestry and the collaboration of the Department of General Psycology of the University of Padua.

The programme offers, until well into September, many more guided activities open to everyone: mindful walks, meditations and moments of immersion in nature.
