Performance measurement and evaluation system
The Performance Measurement and Evaluation System is the tool through which, pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 150/2009, public administrations assess organizational and individual performance, with a view to improving the quality of the services provided and fostering the development of professional skills through the recognition of merit. The System also identifies the phases, methods, actors, and responsibilities of the performance measurement and evaluation process.
