Average service delivery times – item repealed

Regulatory references: art. 32 c.2 lett. b) of  Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 and subsequent amendments – letter repealed by art. 28 c.1, lett. b) point 3 of Legislative Decree no. 97/2016 

Letter b) of c.2 - art. 32 of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013, which provided for the obligation to publish data relating to the average time of provision of services, was repealed by Legislative Decree no. 97/2016.
