Penalties for failure to provide data

This section contains the "Sanctions for the violation of transparency obligations for specific cases" against the members of the University's political bodies and holders of administrative, managerial or government positions for failure or partial communication of the data referred to in Article 14 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments.

The administrative authority responsible for the application of sanctions is the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), also with the support of the Evaluation Unit and the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency. In this regard, see ANAC Resolution 10/2015.
