On this page it is possible to consult the texts of the national collective labour agreements for the Education and Research sector for non-managerial staff and for AREA VII University and Research for managerial staff.
As stated in the joint communication from Aran - prot. 5150 of 16/6/2017 and from Cnel - prot. 874 of 16/6/2017, the obligation to publish the references necessary for consulting national collective agreements and accords, as well as any authentic interpretations, is fulfilled by indicating the hyperlink to the Aran web page dedicated to collective bargaining. However, for greater ease of consultation, the national collective agreements currently in force continue to be included on the page.
