Regulatory references: art. 15, c. 1, 2 of d. Lgs. 33/2013 and subsequent amendments

In this section it is possible to view the data of the collaboration and consultancy assignments that the University of Padova entrusts to parties outside the Public Administration.

The obligation of publication provided for by art. 15 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 is to be considered acquitted, based on the provisions of art. 9 bis of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013, with the communication of data relating to collaboration or consultancy assignments to the Department of Public Administration through the PerlaPA portal, which can be accessed via the link below.

Within the PerlaPA portal, after entering the reference year, it is possible to view or download the data of all the assignments of that year in tabular format, or it is possible to carry out a specific search by entering the name of the recipient if he is a natural person or the name if he is a legal person.

The University of Padova also has an additional database, called Pensa, in which it is possible to view and/or download (in excel format) the list of consultants and collaborators since 2007. The search can be carried out both by name and by Tax identification number of the assignee, by object of the contract, by structure and by year.
