Supplementary bargaining

Regulatory references: art. 21, c. 2 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments and additions

The supplementary bargaining is aimed at stipulating contracts that mutually oblige the parties on specific matters identified by the national collective agreement, as provided for by art. 40 of Legislative Decree 165/2001. These contracts  are the result of negotiation  between the Public Delegation and the University Trade Union Delegation. It is carried out  in full autonomy with the procedures and within the limits identified by the National Contracts.

As per the joint communication of Aran - prot. 5150 of 16/6/2017 and of the Cnel - prot. 874 of 16/6/2017,  the obligation to publish the supplementary contracts stipulated and the related illustrative and technical reports, is fulfilled, starting from 23 June 2017,  by indicating the hyperlink to the Database of supplementary contracts of public administrations Aran-Cnel where all the supplementary contracts transmitted to Aran and Cnel by the PA can be consulted. However, for greater ease of reference, the supplementary contracts stipulated between the parties continue to be included on the page.
