PIAO - Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization

Regulatory references: art. 10, c.8, lett. b) of  d.lgs 33/2013 and subsequent amendments and additions

D.L. 80/2021 introduced the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO), which contains and integrates the planning documents of Public Administrations, including the Performance Plan.

The Performance Plan is a three-year planning document that defines the fundamental elements for measuring, evaluating, and reporting expected performance, that is, the contribution that a Public Administration intends to make to the needs expressed by internal and external clients.
