PIAO - Integrated Plan of Activities and Organisation

Regulatory references: Article 10, paragraph 8, letter b) of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments and additions

Decree-Law 80/2021 introduced the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organisation (PIAO), which contains and integrates the planning documents of Public Administrations, including the Performance Plan.

The Performance Plan is a three-year planning document that defines the fundamental elements for the measurement, evaluation and reporting of expected performance, namely the contribution that a Public Administration intends to make to the needs expressed by internal and external clients.
