Measures
Regulatory references: art. 23 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments
The current legislation provides that the Public Administrations make available and update every 6 months the data regarding the final measures of the procedures, in particular of:
- choice of the contractor for the assignment of works, supplies and services with reference to the chosen selection method;
- agreements entered into by the administration with private entities or other PAs.
Legislative Decree 97/2016 deleted letters a) and c) of paragraph 1 of the aforementioned article which also provided for the publication of information relating to the measures of:
- authorization and concession
- competitions, personnel selections and career progression.
The publication of the measures adopted by the political-policy bodies and managers is envisaged in separate lists.
