Holders of political, administrative, managerial or government offices
Regulatory references: art. 13 and art. 14 of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 and subsequent amendments
Annex 1 to ANAC determination no. 241 of 08/03/2017 specifies that no body holding political office is identified for state universities. The same annex identifies the following as holders of administrative, managerial or government positions in state universities: the Rettore, the Board of Directors and the Academic Senate.
Of these bodies, the University of Padova publishes for each subject/member the course track vitae, income, financial situation, declaration of denied consent by family members within the second degree of parental or related, office allowances and expenses for missions paid with public funds.
