Plan of budget indicators and expected results

Regulatory references: art. 29, para. 2 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments and additions.

At present, the University has not yet adopted a complete Budget Indicators Plan, pending the issuance of specific technical instructions and dedicated templates by the Department of Public Administration in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The guidelines for preparing the Plan of indicators and expected budget results were published by MIUR in September 2012 (Prime Ministerial Decree of 18/9/2012). The University’s Plan will be prepared as soon as the specific measures of the Department of Public Administration, in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, provided for under art. 8 of the decree, are issued, containing technical instructions and templates to be used with a view to ensuring uniform drafting.

However, the main figures monitored by MIUR, pursuant to Legislative Decree 49/12, are under constant observation, with the expected result of maintaining the current virtuous position. These indicators refer to:

• personnel expenditure limit;
• debt expenditure limit;
• economic and financial sustainability.
