Under the General provisions section, it is possible to consult the Programme for Transparency and Integrity and the Corruption Prevention Plan of the University of Padua; regulatory acts and general administrative acts; the certifications of the Evaluation Unit relating to compliance with publication obligations and the related certification grids.
The Information obligations for citizens and businesses section, provided for by Article 34, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree 33/2013, was repealed by Legislative Decree 97/2016. Therefore, this subsection, which sets out obligations relating to the submission of documents to the Public Administration, will no longer be updated.
