Public works planning documents

This page contains the documents and information relating to the planning, implementation and evaluation processes of public works. With the entry into force of d.lsg. 97/2016, the publication obligations concerning documents containing the guidelines for investment appraisal, the annual reports on the state of implementation of planning, and any other document prepared as part of the evaluation have been abolished. The obligation to publish the acts of programming of public works remains. This reiterates what was already provided for the three-year public works programme and the annual updates both in art. 21 of d.lgs. 50/2016 and in the general transparency regulations for public contracts, which still state that «all acts of contracting authorities and awarding entities relating to the planning of works, public works, services and supplies... must be published and updated on the client profile...».
