Regulatory references: art. 26 and art. 27 of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013
This section contains the data relating to acts granting subsidies, contributions, allowances and financial aid to businesses, and in any case economic benefits of any kind to individuals and public and private entities, pursuant to Article 12 of Law no. 241 of 1990, for amounts exceeding one thousand euros.
The identifying data of persons benefiting from the economic advantage are not published where, from the type of benefit, it is possible to infer information relating to the economic-social status or health of those persons.
The data can be consulted and exported by filtering by year, as required by ANAC Resolution no. 495/2024.
