Regulatory references: Art. 23 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments and additions
Public administrations publish and update every six months the lists of final measures adopted by political governing bodies and senior administrative officers:

In particular, please note that:
- data relating to measures concerning the selection of the contractor for the award of works, supplies and services are published pursuant to Art. 37 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and Art. 28 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 in the subsection Calls for tender and contracts;
- for agreements which, in substance, have the content of contracts entered into by the administration with private entities or with other public administrations, please refer to the subsection Calls for tender and contracts.
