Public works

Regulatory references: art. 38 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments and additions.

The current legislation provides that public administrations publish the planning documents of public works under the responsibility of the administration.

They are also required to publish information relating to the times, unit costs and implementation indicators of public works in progress or completed. These data must be published on the basis of a "model scheme" drawn up by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in agreement with ANAC (at the moment this scheme has not yet been drawn up).
