Substitute powers
In the event of inaction by managers, substitute powers are vested in the Director General, pursuant to art. 20, paragraph 1, letter d) of the University Statute and art. 16, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 165/2001 (contact details: General Directorate)
In the event of inaction by office directors, substitute powers are vested in the manager of the competent area, pursuant to art. 12 of the "Implementing Regulation of Law 7 August 1990 no. 241" and art. 17, paragraph 1, letter d) of Legislative Decree 165/2001 (contact details: Organizational chart by Areas)
