Payment timeliness indicator

Regulatory references: Article 33 of Legislative Decree 33/2013, as amended.

On an annual basis, this page publishes the indicators of average payment times relating to the purchase of goods, services, professional services and supplies, as well as, as provided for by Legislative Decree 97/2016, the total amount of debt and the number of creditor companies.

Pursuant to the aforementioned Article 33, the above data are also published on a quarterly basis, under the title: “Quarterly payment promptness indicator”.

The payment promptness indicator is calculated in accordance with Article 9 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 22/9/2014.
