Service Charter and Quality Standards
Regulatory references: art. 32 c.1 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments
The Service Charter is a document, made public to users, in which the Entity declares the levels of service it intends to guarantee. The purpose of the service charter is to make the services provided as accessible and transparent as possible to users.
It was established by Law No. 273/1995. Other regulatory references are Legislative Decree 150/2009 (art. 13, paragraph 6, letter f) and art. 28) and Legislative Decree n.33/2013 (art. 32).
With regard to the Service Charter, since 2010 several CIVIT resolutions, now ANAC, have been issued, to which the University of Padua has complied.
