The office takes care of updating a window where it is possible to consult the offers reserved for  students and graduates from the University of Padua. To consult it and apply for an offer, it is necessary to access the reserved area, using the username and password of the University e-mail. For each application, the office will send an email with the result of the pre-selection

For internship offers abroad, it is also possible to register a "video curriculum" in a foreign language, which can be viewed together with the data of the electronic curriculum. Foreign companies will be able to contact candidates for a remote interview, using a software made available to the University.

On the platform it is possible to manage the requests of students interested in their room and accept the preferred tenant.

Attention: it is necessary to independently verify that the landlord / hostess gives his consent to the publication of the advertisement.

All students arriving at the University of Padua can benefit from a 10% discount. To get it, they need to create their Unipd VIP profile and contact HousingAnywhere's CustomerCare (vip@housinganywhere.com) immediately after submitting a booking request.

Calls for mobility grants

  Call for application “Erasmus+ Traineeship” EU4EU European Universities for the EU – Italy 2024

The Consortium, coordinated by EuGen - European Generation, promotes traineeship mobility of the students enrolled in 12 partner Universities, University of Padova included, and awards 65 Erasmus+ traineeship grants lasting from 2 to 5 months.

The traineeships must take place in the period between 13 January 2025 and 31 December 2025
Students of any study field can participate. Recent graduates must submit the application during the last year of enrollment, before obtaining the title.

The purpose of the Eu4Eu Project is the development of transversal skills, including but not limited to: project management, project design, digital skills, web and graphic design, marketing, communication, social media management, business and administration.

Preferential criterion in the evaluation of the applications is the development of professional skills useful for:
- seizing EU funding opportunities,
- presenting financing proposals,
- managing and implementing project activities.

Time slots for completing the online application:

  •     Pre-Registration (alternative to “Registration”): from 1 October to 24 October 2024
  •     Registration: from 25 October to 10 November 2024
  •     Matching: from 29 October to 3 December 2024

An Infoday for students will be held online on October 22nd at 12:00 a.m., during the meeting the call will be presented in detail and it will be possible to ask questions. Students can register their participation at this link until October 21st.

  Call for application Erasmus+ Traineeship - Send “Universities for Innovation” I^ ed. a.y.2024/2025
Deadline 18th November 2024 – h.14 CET

The call funds Erasmus+ mobility for traineeships and is open to students of all study courses. Traineeships are granted for a minimum duration of 2 months and up to 3 months.

Mobilities can start from 1st February 2025 and must end no later than 30th July 2025. The call funds mobility for traineeships aimed at developing professional skills in the fields of Social, Technological and Economic Innovation. These include innovative activities and practices aimed at triggering economic, social and technological change in the dual green and digital transition.

  MAECI-MUR-CRUI call for applications – Italian schools abroad (deadline 21 November 2024, 5 p.m.).

Call for applications for 14 curricular traineeships to be carried out at Italian schools abroad
The network of Italian schools abroad is an asset to the promotion of the Italian language and culture and to the preservation of the cultural identity of Italians living abroad and citizens of Italian descent.
This worldwide netwwork represents as well a tool to disseminate ideas and projects in coordination with Italian embassies and consulates and in line with Italy’s foreign policy priorities. Furtermore, Italian schools abroad are often a reference point in the countries where they operate as they can generate long-term gains across all sectors: cultural, political and economic.

The traineeships will be carried out at the Italian schools located in Athens, Barcelona, Istanbul, Madrid, Paris and Zurich. Trainees will support the teachers and be involved in research activities and data analisys and processing. Trainees could also be involved in events planning and support the Ministry and Schools personell in outreach activities.

Traineeships will last 3 months from february to may 2025. Only students with a traineeship embedded in their study plan who have registered traineeship ects yet can take part in the programme.  
Interested students are required to verify if the traineeship is compatible with their study plan and ongoing educational experiences prior to submitting the application.

Selected trainees will receive a financial contribution amounting to 300€ gross per month.
Trainees who will be carrying the traineeship in non-EU countries are required to get an health insurance policy valid in the destination country.

  Paid Traineeship in the IT Directorate of the European Central Bank - deadline January 24, 2025

ECB, located in Frankfurt, Germany, is seeking recent graduates in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics and relevant STEM disciplines for a traineeship in the Infrastructure and Operations Division.

The trainee grant is €1,170 per month plus an accommodation allowance. The trainee grant is increased to €2,120 per month for trainees who have completed at least two years of PhD study and who apply for a traineeship vacancy that requires such a level of qualification. Initial traineeship of between three and six months, with a possible extension to up to 12 months in total.

As a trainee, you will have the chance to: immerse yourself in cutting-edge IT: work on projects at the forefront of technological advancements, contributing to the ECB's digital transformation; collaborate across borders: engage with a diverse team of experts from around the world, fostering a rich cultural and professional experience; shape the future: contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that impact financial systems and global economic stability.

If you have been shortlisted you will receive an email. When the selection is completed, you will be informed by e-mail of the outcome. You will either: receive a traineeship offer; be notified that you are on a reserve list as you have been assessed as a suitable candidate; be informed that your application has not been successful. If you did not get an offer or are on a reserve list you may still apply for other traineeship vacancies.

  Vulcanus in Japan programme august 2025 - march 2026
(deadline 20 january 2025)

The programme VULCANUS IN JAPAN offers industrial placements in companies in Japan to citizens of an EU Member-State or of a country associated with the Single Market Programme, SME pillar, who study engineering, high-tech or other scientific fields, enrolled - when applying- in between the 4th official year of studies and the penultimate year of PhD.

  Internship abroad through the AIESEC Padova Association

The University of Padua, in agreement with AIESEC in Padua, promotes internship opportunities abroad in companies and schools. To take advantage of these internship opportunities and for the purpose of applying, interested students are invited by AIESEC to join the association according to its internal regulations and independent from the decisions and regulations of the University.

  Portuguese training institutes willing to host Erasmus Traineeship students

66 Portuguese training institutes give the possibility to students of European universities to host them for an internship through the Erasmus + for Traineeship mobility.

If you are a student interested in Erasmus Traineeship mobility, download the file, view the schools, their training fields and all other requirements and contact the school of your interest directly by email. Remember to prepare a CV and a motivational letter in the language requested directly by the school (column I of the file) to be attached to the email at the time of contact.

  EUNAVFOR MED operation IRINI - internship program

The Headquarters of Operation EUNAVFOR MED IRINI, set up to ensure compliance with the resolutions of the UN Security Council which have banned the trafficking of arms to and from Libya since 2011, has activated an internship program.
Offer young graduates from EU Member States the opportunity to develop their professional skills and to acquire, for the first time in a military operation, intercultural experience and learning in an operational, interdisciplinary context with a strong European connotation.
