Change Agent Trainer
The T4L FD Trainer is a university lecturer at the University of Padua who stands out as an expert figure in innovative teaching strategies and methodologies (Active Learning) applied to university teaching. His or her expertise extends both to the fundamental aspects of teaching activity and to the specific areas of his or her own subject area. After completing a 30-hour training course, these lecturers take on the role of trainers/trainers for the professional development of university teaching, with the aim of training colleagues on issues related to student-centred teaching.
