
Resources and support for staff inclusion
The University of Padua provides staff with resources and support that ensures an inclusive work environment.
In particular the University offers:
- personalized forms of support and services;
- listening to the needs of all staff;
- encourage the creation of networks to support an inclusive University.
To encourage full participation in daily office and working hours, the University also offers an accompanying service for staff with disabilities.
Accompaniment Services for Staff with Disabilities
The University of Padua recognizes the importance of equal opportunities and accessibility to all University initiatives and activities.
In accordance with Italian laws no. 68/99 and no. 104/1992, as well as the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the University offers an accompaniment service specifically for staff with disabilities. This service is intended to support their participation in work-related activities during working hours, in agreement with the head of their department or unit.
Support and Listening Desk
As part of the UNIPADOVA INCLUSIVA project, specifically aimed at University staff with disabilities, a support and listening desk is available.
The desk is open every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Wellbeing Room in Palazzo Storione (Riviera Tito Livio 6, Padua).
