The ECTS credits accumulated as a result of successful examinations may be validated in case of future enrolment in a degree programme at the University of Padua.

Fees and Payments

You may submit your application for up to five single course units per academic year.

The registration fees for the first application for single course units amount to:

  • Euros 224.50 to register for the first single course unit;
  • Euros 200.00 to register for further single course units up to five per academic year in the same application.

For subsequent applications (following the first one), the registration fees for single course units amount to:

  • Euros 216.00 to register for the first single course unit;
  • Euros 200.00 to register for further single course units in the same application.

The amount of the fee is the same for every degree programme and must be paid in one single instalment, according to the number of single course units specified in the registration form.

Example:
If you want to register for two single course units for the first time in the academic year, you must submit the registration form by the specified deadlines and use the credit transfer forms for the first application available here below.
If you want to register for other single course units up to three in the same academic year, you must submit the registration form by the specified deadlines and use the credit transfer forms for subsequent application available here below.
The two types of forms for payment differ in the insurance fee which has to be paid just once and is valid for the entire academic year. The amount depends on the number of single course units you want to register for (Euros 200.00 each) + stamp duty (Euros 16.00) + insurance (Euros 8.50). For each application submitted in the same academic year, the stamp duty is included in the total amount of the credit transfer.

Fees can be paid at any office of the Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto – Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo (without extra bank fees being charged) or at other financial institutions (bank fees to be borne by students).

If you do not sit the examinations of the single course units you registered for, neither partial nor total fee reimbursement is provided.
