This course is designed to train faculty who wish to engage in the promotion of activities to improve teaching and learning, within the curricula of their department and across the university. Access is restricted to those who have participated in at least one basic and/or advanced teaching improvement course.

The course is aimed at structured Unipd faculty, lasts one year and is divided into monthly meetings lasting 3/6 hours for a total of 40 hours.

An open Change Agent badge will be issued at the end of the course.

• The role and functions of change agents: educational and organizational development skills
• educational leadership: factors and dimensions
• strategies to promote the involvement of colleagues and female colleagues and students in educational organization
• educational coaching tools to support colleagues and colleagues to promote change
•  methods and tools for self-assessment and reflection on teaching practices
• coordination and management of working groups
• characteristics and potential of a learning community
• peer observation
• criteria, descriptors and indicators for the evaluation of learning
• action-research to study and improve individual teaching, courses of study and to promote teaching innovation in departments
