Guided tours to Sala dei Giganti

Sala dei Giganti (meeting point: Atrium of Palazzo Liviano - Piazza Capitaniato, 7) opens for guided tours on weekdays by reservation only (bookings centre: 049827.3939). The Hall is subject to availability and it is not possible to book a guided tour during events, conferences, or concerts.
The entrance is possible only with a guided tour.
On special events and initiatives, visitors are allowed to go on tour autonomously by using the audio QRcode placed along the route. It is necessary to be equipped with an electronic device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) with a video camera. Earphones or headphones are strongly recommended.
How to get to Sala dei Giganti
The nearest airport to Padua is the Marco Polo International Airport (about 30 Km) Connections are provided by a bus service (Busitalia), which departs every half an hour to Padua, and by a Train Station (Trenitalia; Italo), which leads close to the city centre. From the stations, you can reach Palazzo Liviano (Piazza Capitaniato, 7), on foot, in about 15 minutes. There is also a tram service – Sir 1 line - running every 10 minutes (you should get off at the Ponti Romani tram stop); Bus n.6 or n.10 (departure from the bus station), and get off at the Milan bus stop (for timetables please consult the Busitalia website).
Please note that Palazzo Liviano is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL): cars are not allowed without special permission.
The nearest car parks are in the Prato della Valle, Piazza Insurrezione (often crowded), and Padova Centro Park (near the Scrovegni Chapel).
