Find an internship in Italy

There are several tools available for students and graduates who want to undertake the experience of an internship.

Some internships, made available by public bodies or as part of national or international programs, are accessible  through participation in calls for tenders. The students/graduates can also independently search for a company to do an internship; in this regard, the University of Padua also organizes, in collaboration with companies, events dedicated to the presentation of offers and recruiting:

Internships funded in Treviso and Belluno - encourage the hiring of new graduates in internships within companies of Treviso and Belluno

The Chamber of Commerce of Treviso and Belluno has recently signed a collaboration agreement with the University of Padua and the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice to promote the activation of 40 training and orientation internships in 2019, in order to hire new graduates in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with legal and operational headquarters in the Treviso and Belluno areas.

The Chamber of Commerce of Treviso and Belluno and the University of Padua will collaborate for the promotion and activation of training and orientation internships for new graduates to strengthen and jointly support the transition between university and work, in order to significantly impact the strategies and competitiveness of companies and represent an important opportunity of professional growth and study completion for the trainee.

To this end, the Chamber of Commerce will involve its associated companies, falling within the indicated target and potential hosts of training and orientation internships, and will financially support the trainees, through the University, with a contribution to supplement the indemnity of participation already paid by host companies.

The internship lasts 6 months and provides for a participation allowance of € 450.00 gross for each month of internship paid by the host company and an additional € 2,700 to complete the entire period (contribution not granted for a period of less than 6 months), as required by the Collaboration Agreement (pursuant to art. 15 Law 241/90) present on the dedicated page in the reserved area.

The University, through the Career Service, promotes the opportunities offered by the companies concerned in a dedicated page in a reserved area of its website, collecting the graduates’ applications and promoting the selection of the most suitable candidates by the companies.

The University is also the promoter of training and orientation internships, which can be initiated within 12 months from graduation. The Univeristy pays the financial contribution provided by the Agreement at the conclusion of the internship in a single solution, exclusively to those who will have carried out the entire period of 6 months.
