Before starting “Step 4: Application procedure”, students should carefully read Steps 1 to 3 described in “Before your arrival” section.

The application procedure for Erasmus+ mobility for Studies and SEMP students is available:

  • from 15th April to 15th June for first semester or full year mobility.
  • from 16th September to 30th November for second semester mobility

Before applying, students must be registered in Uniweb portal (see Step 1 in "Before your arrival" section).  The “Application form for incoming students” is available in the portal under section “Apply as an exchange student”. In order to complete the procedure successfully and comply with each section requirements, the following handbook is to be followed step by step. 

Mandatory documents to be uploaded through the online application:

  • a photocopy of your identity card OR a photocopy of your passport if you are a non-EU student (the document must be valid for your whole mobility period) 
  • a photocopy of your Insurance card/policy/certificate (valid for your whole mobility period) 
  • a copy of your transcript of records 
  • Learning Agreement signed by your home institution. The LA doesn't have to be signed by the Erasmus Coordinator of the University of Padova as they will sign the student LA after the application procedure is completed
  • language certificate. If not available at Application stage, certificates must be sent by email to before the beginning of the semester.

In order to be admitted, ALL the above mentioned documents MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE STARTING THE MOBILITY PERIOD.

Upon completion of “Step 4: Application procedure”, students should proceed to “Step 5: Accommodation”.
