What happens to a woman’s body in war? In her powerful solo show, Ukrainian actress Alina Kostyukova with the performance She is brings to the stage the suffering of women who are directly or indirectly caught up in war.

Her stories are based on real accounts from the first few weeks of the war in Ukraine, gathered by the author herself in her travels between Munich and Truskavets, a small town near the Ukrainian-Polish border.

On Saturday 9 March at 8 p.m. at the Ruzante Theatre, Riviera Titto Livio.

The initiative is among the activities promoted by the University of Padua fon the occasion of the celebration of International Women's Day (March 8).

The event is free but registration is required.
