Explore student services and build your career - Mentorship Programme A.Y. 2023/24

The project ‘Mentorship - Towards an Italian network of inclusive universities' promotes three online webinars on culture and the world of work, dedicated to Unipd international students.

The first one, on March 14 (4:00 - 5:30 pm), is entitled How to: take your first steps in the job market. Students will have the opportunity to learn the main tools to be used to conduct an active and effective internship and job search. With the collaboration of the SAOS desk, the webinar will cover the rights and responsibilities connected to the Italian Residence Permit. To participate, registration is required

The second one, How to: Write Your CV and Cover Letter, will be held on April 9 (4:00 - 5:30 pm). Students will learn methods and strategies on writing curriculum vitae and cover letters in line with each student’s professional objectives. To participate, registration is required.

The last one is entitled The workplace culture in Europe. How to: Design your placement trajectory which will be held on May 7 (4:00 - 5:30 pm). Prof. Zuleika Murat and Prof. Tullio Vardanega will share with students an overview of the contemporary Job Culture in Europe. Principale goals of the project are to encourage student participation and develope dialogue on the role of young people as key players in promoting inclusion and multiculturalism, spreading or enhancing awareness of sustainable strategies to design mentorship schemes and facilitating the exchange of good practices between universities, towards a network of the universities involved, supporting universities in developing institutional strategies (including formal recognition of student committees) across all of the university bodies (governing bodies, third mission office, international relations office, student services, student associations, faculties and research departments) and providing universities with a tool kit encompassing results and replicable approaches and good practices to design or improve mentorship schemes.
