Caseus Patavinus 1222 available by pre-order

The cheese from the University of Padua is now available for pre-order. Produced by the Morandi Dairy in Anguillara Veneta using milk from the "Lucio Toniolo" Experimental Agricultural Company of the University of Padua, Caseus Patavinus 1222 is a raw cow's milk cheese aged for 8-10 months. The rind is edible, treated with extra virgin olive oil, thin and wrinkled, with a straw-yellow colour. The semi-hard, crumbly paste is free of holes and has a pearly white colour tending towards ochre with rare green veins due to natural blueing, when present.

The cheese is vacuum-packed in an elegant wooden box and is available in two sizes: 350g (€12.00) and 700g (€23.00).

To pre-order Caseus Patavinus 1222, send a WHATSAPP message to 3493424124 by Monday, 15 December 2025, specifying:

  • Name and Surname
  • Number of pieces and chosen size (350g and/or 700g)

You can collect your order on 17 December 2025 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the "Lucio Toniolo" Experimental Agricultural Company, Viale dell'Università, 4, 35020 Legnaro (PD), with payment upon collection via debit card or cash.
