Equal Opportunities - University Documents
This section presents the University documents that focus on the promotion of gender equality and equal opportunities.
These are strategic documents (Gender Equality Plan - GEP), monitoring and analysis documents (Gender Budgeting), and those focused on proposing specific actions and measures (Positive Action Plan). Added to these are linguistic guidelines and policies, as well as codes of ethics and conduct.
The Gender Equality Plan GEP
The Gender Equality Plan defines the University's strategy to promote gender equality and equal opportunities within over the course of three-years.

Gender Budgeting
Gender Budgeting offers an application in the principle of gender mainstreaming as viewed through budget procedures. The document offers the adoption of gender impact assessment of budget policies by integrating the gender perspective at all levels of the budget. The document shares procedures and the restructuring of revenue and spending to promote gender equality.

The Positive Action Plan
The Positive Action Plan describes special temporary measures that derogates from the principle of formal equality by removing obstacles to fulfil an effective equality of opportunities. The document offers a special, specific, and well-defined positive measures that aim to eliminate discrimination, both direct and indirect, as well as the describing the temporary measures as it pertains to a given situation.

Language Policies for Local and Global Communications document of the University of Padua provides guidelines on the use of the Italian and English languages in the institutional communication. The document offers measures to be adopted that guarantee intercultural communication, inclusivity, and effectiveness.
