University in charge - UniRe
For some time now, we have been guaranteeing our commitment to promoting equal opportunities and the well-being of staff, students, with particular attention to the fight against harassment, discrimination and violence based on gender and against all sexual and gender minorities.
In March 2024, we have chosen to allocate €250,000 to support the actions and initiatives envisaged by the "Responsible University - UniRe" project. The plan, lasting two years, includes training and information meetings for the entire academic community, the activation of a listening and support desk , the promotion of fundraising in favor of research on issues related to the project, awareness-raising activities aimed at citizens and intended, in particular, for lecturers and managers of secondary schools .
The UniRe project includes several lines of action, including training, support tools, research and meetings with local schools.
Against gender-based violence and all forms of discrimination, we believe that everyone must do their part, committing themselves personally.
The seven principles that we invite you to uphold and spread are a commitment to promote greater awareness on these issues and to reach, with our message, more and more people.
