Equal Opportunities - Gender Budget

The Gender Budget of the University of Padua is one only one of the several actions adopted by the University to ensure that gender specificities are integrated into institutional policies and projects.
The monitoring and analysis of gender composition within the university community began in 2017 with the publication of the University of Padua first Gender Budget. Monitored annually, the gender budget allows policies to be reoriented as need and measure their impacts for verification. This first edition became the basis for the identification of the objectives and actions of the 2022-2024 Gender Equality Plan.

Indexes are updated on an annual basis; findings have been published within various editions of the Sustainability Report. In addition to establishing a transparent dialogue between the university community and the territory, the Sustainability Report supports the University's strategic choices on sustainability by monitoring its impact and effectiveness.
