The Municipality of Padua’s Progetto Giovani Office launches a call for young contemporary visual artists and curators to participate in the 18th edition of the Step by Step Project created in collaboration with the University of Padua Department of Cultural Heritage.

Step By Step offers young people a chance to learn how to organize art exhibitions of emerging artists and curators. This is an opportunity to learn and develop a sense of teamwork for young people across all 'steps' of creating an exhibition, from selecting the work to copywriting promotional materials.

The Step by Step call aims to select 15 artists under the age of 35. Provides training for the organization of a series of group exhibitions by emerging artists, curators, and artists. Those involved share a training and field experience from mid-June 2024 until October, November 2024, to learn and follow all phases of planning, organizing and implementing a contemporary art exhibition.

The call is open until 21 April 2024.
