Specialization Schools of Medicine and Surgery: Exam at the Fiera di Padova on Tuesday

The Ministry of University and Research has established the date and procedures for the admission exam to the specialization schools reserved for graduates in Medicine and Surgery. The exam is national and will be held throughout Italy on Tuesday, July 23. In Padua, it will take place at 2 p.m. in Pavilion 7 of the Padova Fiere, with entrance from Via Rismondo, Gate P. The exam consists of multiple-choice answers to 140 questions, with 210 minutes available for completion. It will be conducted using a PC application developed by the Italian inter-university consortium Cineca.

The results of the Unipd exam will be published on the webpage www.unipd.it/risultati-concorso-SSM.

The number of candidates assigned to Padua is 775, about 60 fewer than last year, which is line with the Ministry of University and Research's decision to provide as many locations as possible close to the candidates' residences. The number of candidates registered for the exam nationwide is 15,540, compared to 15,453 registered last year.

The specialization schools activated and accredited by the MUR at the University of Padua are 48. The ones with the highest numbers: Anesthesia and Resuscitation, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Urgency, Cardiovascular Diseases, and General Surgery.
