Newsweek unveils the World’s Best Specialized Hospital: 4 University Hospitals of Padua among the Top 100

Classified in The World’s Best Specialized Hospital di Newsweek, published up in collaboration with Statista, includes 4 medical specialities within University of Padua Hospitals in the top 100: Urology in 34th place, Gastroenterology in 47th place, Cardiac Surgery in 76th place, and Oncology in 91st place.

Newsweek evaluated 12 different medical specialties and ranked the top 300 hospitals for cardiology and oncology, the top 250 for pediatrics, the top 150 for cardiac surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, and pulmonology, the top 125 for neurology, neurosurgery, and urology, and the top 100 for obstetrics and gynaecology.

The ranking is part of a global survey in which thousands of medical professionals were asked to provide information in their area of expertise, while taking into account accreditation data and patient-reported outcomes.
