A new edition of Science4All starts late September

08.09.2025

The Science Festival, Science4All, returns to Padua from September 26–29, offering more than 250 activities across the city, from workshops and escape rooms to science cafés and guided tours.

The event kicks off on Friday, September 26, with Entry Level: European Researchers’ Night. From 5–8 PM, 19 University of Padua researchers will deliver rapid-fire talks at Palazzo del Bo, followed by interactive installations, late openings of university museums, stargazing at the Specola Observatory, and two previews: Trial of Humanity (an audience-judged mock trial) and Clubbing Made in Italo (DJ set with Alexander Robotnick and Guglielmo Bottin).

At the heart of the festival is the Science Boulevard (Sept. 28–29), a large exhibition route through Padua’s historic center linking Palazzo del Bo and the Museum of Nature and Humankind. This year’s edition features 67 stands, new locations in Via Santa Lucia and Caffè Pedrocchi, and expanded opening hours (10:30 AM–6:30 PM, both Saturday and Sunday).

Visitors can follow thematic routes covering ecosystems, human sciences, art and culture, innovative technologies, natural sciences, engineering, and space exploration. Most activities run throughout the day, while select tours and shows require booking.
