June 24 - 29, 2019 the second edition of the Summer School Food&Health


The second edition of the Food&Health Summer school will take place from 24 to 29 June in collaboration with the University of Padova and the University of Sidney. The school program focuses on the most relevant aspects of food quality and human nutrition in order to understand how they are related and how they affect human health through dietary habits. Main topics of this new edition are: food quality, from farm to table and food quality and human health.

The Summer school is jointly run with scholars from the University of Sydney and from the University of Padova. Anti-Adulteration and Health unit (NAS), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the Australian Ambassador in Rome will also participate.
