IPSE – International Politics & Security: The Changing Nature of Conflicts. Global Diplomacy and International Threats

The third edition of the International Politics & Security Spring School will be held from 11 to 14 May, under the Scientific Coordination of Prof. Valentine Lomellini, from the Department of Political Sciences, Law and International Studies of the University of Padua.
Based on an international network of 12 universities from Europe and the United States, the current edition will address the theme "The changing nature of conflicts. Global diplomacy and International threats".
The current edition will start with the Keynote Speech by Prof. Romano Prodi, former President of the European Commission and former President of the Council of Ministers, an event organized with the patronage of the European Parliament.
The Spring School will gather numerous international speakers, among which Martha Crenshaw (Stanford University), Odd Arne Westad (Yale University), Bruce Hoffman (Georgetown University), and Alya Aglan(Université de la Sorbonne).

This year's edition is organized with the support of NATO's Public Diplomacy Division and is part of the series of events in celebrations of the 800th Anniversary of the University of Padua.
