International Zero Evictions Marathon

On October 11, the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padova, Italy, in cooperation with the International Alliance of Inhabitants (IAI), from 9.30 a.m. to 8 p.m., will hold the “International Zero Evictions Marathon”.

It is the first International Marathon of testimonies, talks, science, and art against forced evictions. The marathon will bring the voices of resistance from across the globe to demonstrate how they are fighting back.

The ZEM will feature live sessions and recorded contributions across time zones, from the Asia-Pacific to the Americas.

You can participate onsite in the premises of the Human Rights Centre in Via Beato Pellegrino, 28, Padua, Italy or online on the Zoom platform of the University or on YouTube.

The event at the Human Rights Centre will be both in Italian and English. The online streaming will also be available in Spanish, Portuguese and French.
