This analysis and research activity by ESU uses a participatory evaluation tool: the satisfaction questionnaire. It has been developed in collaboration with the Department of Political Science, Law, and International Studies at our university and is aimed at students enrolled at the university, schools for language mediation, and music conservatories who benefit from the services provided by the Regional Agency for the Right to Education.
