Highly Cited Researchers: Unipd hosts eight of the most highly cited researchers worldwide, and placed first among Italian universities

Excellent result for the University of Padua as eight scientists are added to the list of Highly Cited Researchers (HCR) published by Clarivate Analytics, thus placing itself in first place among Italian universities for the number of HCR researchers.

The eight UniPD Scientists include Maurizio Corbetta (Department of Neuroscience - DNS), Michelangelo Cordenonsi, Sirio Dupont, and Stefano Piccolo (related to the Department of Molecular Medicine - DMM), Antonella Muraro (adjunct professor at the School of Medicine and Surgery - Department of Medicine DIMED), Rosario Rizzuto and Marco Sandri (Department of Biomedical Sciences - DSB), and Luca Scorrano (Department of Biology - DiBio).
