While discussing the Human Resources Strategy for Researcher, the Euraxess initiative and the importance of mentoring, keynote speakers and a panel of invited guests will share opportunities and actions to enhance the scientific and professional profile of PhD candidates, both in industry and academia.
UNIPhD Fellows will be challenged to effectively present their research progress and ideas through a poster competition. Winners will be awarded in the Closing Ceremony.
The initiative is promoted in the framework of the MSCA COFUND PhD programme “UNIPhD - Eight century legacy of multidisciplinary research and training for the next-generation talents”.
