Laboratories for the development of soft skills
In-person - Conducted in Italian
The Career Service of the University of Padua organizes specialized Lab aimed at developing soft skills, with the goal of supporting students and recent graduates in their transition to the job market.
Technical/professional skills and strong motivation alone are not enough to ensure successful integration into the job market. What frequently makes a difference is the development of what are known as soft skills, which add significant value to a graduate’s profile and are crucial for achieving higher performance levels.
Indeed, potential employers seek graduates who possess strong technical and disciplinary knowledge acquired during their studies, along with excellent soft skills, particularly interpersonal skills such as the ability to establish positive relationships, negotiate, communicate effectively, and work in teams.
To this end, experiential session are offered, consisting of 30 hours of training over 8 weekly sessions.
A video is available featuring the first edition of this initiative.
