In collaboration with other leading European and Australian universities and partners, the University of Padua has developed the ICARD project within the Erasmus+ Programme.

Students and graduates can benefit from a European Career Development Programme (ECDP), a personal development path to support greater self-awareness. Through the 17 online modules students can reflect on their ambitions, interests and skills, thus facilitating the transition from the world of education to the world of work.
