Garanzia Giovani (Youth Guarantee programme) aims to facilitate the entry and stay in the labour market of young graduates under 30 years of age by supporting them in finding professional opportunities.

In addition, companies that hire graduates enrolled in Garanzia Giovani can benefit from a financial bonus.

Requirements to participate

• not be over 30 years old
• not be in employment;
• not be enrolled in any university course (registration is precluded even if you are no longer attending university);
• not be enrolled in a training course, including masters, doctorates and higher education courses;
• not be involved in an internship/stage activity.

Enrolment procedure

First of all, it is necessary to issue a Declaration of Immediate Availability (DID) through the national portal ANPAL - Agenzia Nazionale Politiche Attive del Lavoro (National Agency for Active Employment Policies) and go in person to the Employment Centre (CPI) in your area, to sign the Service Agreement 150.

For registered users of the Cliclavoro Veneto portal, it is available (once logged in) in the section Your services > Online employment centre, the function for the online booking of the appointment at the CPI. If no date is available, you can directly contact the Employment Centre to book an appointment.

In order to join the Youth Guarantee scheme, you are also required to register on the portal www.cliclavoroveneto.it/garanzia-giovani and, after receiving the automatic email inviting you to complete your registration, to go to the Employment Centre (CPI) of your municipality of residence within 60 days or to one of the Youth Corners indicated in the list.

As an alternative to all these actions, it is possible to enrol in the Youth Guarantee without going to the Employment Centre, through an online enrolment procedure by ANPAL, by accessing the link www.anpal.gov.it and registering with the MyAnpal function.

The Career Service of the University of Padua, as an accredited body for employment services, is part of the Youth Corner network in Veneto. To book an appointment it is necessary to enter the reserved area for individual consultations on the website www.unipd.it/orientamentolavoro, "Individual consultations" section (Youth Corner, Youth Guarantee programme).
