Erasmus+ for study and SEMP
Erasmus+ for Study includes 2 sub-actions, based on the countries involved:

- KA171: Erasmus+ for Study with the "Partner Countries" (ICM - International Credit Mobility), which concerns all other countries in the world - (Infosheet) - (Infosheet)
Erasmus+ for Study, between European Union countries and with all other countries, is part of the European Erasmus+ Programme
Students participating in the SEMP - Swiss Exchange Mobility Programme, Coimbra Group Student Exchange Network, Open Arqus Mobility programmes and coming from UK universities are invited to follow the procedures provided for Erasmus+ for Study.
The existence of an active bilateral agreement between the University of Padova and other Higher Education Institutions is a mandatory prerequisite for the realization of student mobility.
International candidates who wish to carry out a period of study in Padova as international exchange students or PhD students with the above-mentioned programs must apply at their home institution.
The official nominations of the candidates must be sent to Unipd by the institutions of origin through the online form available on Mobility Online.
Partner institutions receive via email the credentials to access the form to send the Nomination of their students.
Each partner institution has only one account, so if the institution is organized into Faculties/Departments, it will have to share credentials with all the people/offices that deal with the nominations of outgoing students.
The form is available:
- from 15 March to 30 April for the first semester and the entire academic year
- from 1 September to 15 October for the second semester
The Mobility Sector will check the information provided in the weeks following receipt of the nomination. If clarifications are necessary, the respective institutions of origin will be contacted.
Students will be notified by email as soon as the Nomination is accepted.
Only after the nomination is accepted, students must follow the procedures indicated on the Before arrival page, which include the 3-step Application form, which must be completed by the following deadlines:
FIRST SEMESTER AND FULL ACADEMIC YEAR
- by 15 May: steps 1 and 2 (registration and completion of the Application form in Uniweb) must be completed;
